Cavite City Water Festival

How lucky were we? We did not plan to catch the water festival in Cavite City, Sue's cousin just mentioned that we would be arriving in time for the festivities! Lots of elementary schools participated in the parade dressed like water creatures. I think these girls were dressed like water lillies.
