On the day of my dad`s birthday, May 29th, was the Buyo fiesta celebrating St. Vincent, my dad`s patron saint. I did not plan this visit, it kinda just played out on its own. Serendipity was working at her best.
I met many, many second cousins I`ve only heard about. The fiesta lasted the entire day and we started breakfast at one Pan Family home to a seond breakfast to another Pan Family home followed by an early lunch at another Pan Family home and late lunch at another Pan Family home, 4 homes altogether - I think. I was trying to catch up with all the house hopping.
