A Fusion of Chinese and Muslim Culture - YUM!

I've always heard that the best eats are ones that are a blend of the best of two cultures. I would describe LAKSA as a spicy coconut milk curry stew with pieces of fish and vegetables. It goes well with Kota, which is a baked shrimp paste wrapped in banana leaves.
