There's alot to discover in these food markets. We saw a stall with a counter partially lined with what looked like raw pizza dough. Out of curiosity, we stepped a little closer to observe how he flattened the dough (like pizza), poured scrambled egg on it, folded it like paper then slapped it on a round crepe-cooker. It was served with a side of curry sauce and oh so yummy!
