Anything on a stick

One of the joys of Thailand are the markets. Day and night, the markets have it all laid out, narrow alleyways filled with delicious aroma of everything mixed in together. You'd have to come hungry and you cant just pick out the first thing that makes your mouth water. If you can hold out, you have to scope out each stall and smell what's cooking then go back and take a stick or two and/or a bowl or two of this and that. You easily pick up that you cant stuff your face in one sitting, you learn to graze coz once you start walking again, surely you'll run into something you wish you had room in your stomach to try.

You can have just about anything on a stick, all you have to do is pick it out and slap it on the grill, for about 20 cents. My favorite has been marinated squid.
