Meeting the locals

This is Vu Thi Hanh. While walking the night market, I was very surprised of the amount of activity all around. Everywhere people were laughing, selling goods, drinking tea and more laughing. The hustle and bustle all around was quite amazing during the Pre-Chinese New Year's Festival, Tet Festival. Its a moment to spend time with family and friends. Someone tapped me on my arm and I looked to see a short woman smiling. In her broken English she said, "Can I take a photo with you?" I said, "Sure!" She's a university student in her second year.
