Well, here's that crazy bell that rang at 4am every morning to wake us from our slumber. It was rather peaceful sounding at first, then as the days passed, I began to feel somewhat like Pavlov's dog - but instead of salivating, I would march to the meditation hall mindful and ready for meditation practice.
